One on One Workouts

One on One workouts with Coach Wilson have limited availability. These workouts are the most popular and book out quickly.

Designed for players who are looking to take their game to the next level. The One on One workouts are individually planned and designed based on the athlete’s skill level.

Athletes will attend an introductory session for Coach Wilson to assess the skill level of the athlete.  

Athletes will be held accountable on achieving their set goals during workouts. All athletes will be provided with a training diary to access workload and training results.

As part of the 1 on 1 Workouts, athletes will be mentored by Coach Wilson, and Coach Wilson will be available through phone, email or social media for athletes to contact and discuss basketball related questions or results.    

Any bookings made with Coach Wilson means you will only work with Coach Wilson.

Small Group Sessions

Small Group Training Sessions are a great way to keep costs down. Maximum 4 athletes per session. This is a great opportunity for athletes to push each other and measure your skills against your teammates while getting high level of coaching.

Sessions are designed for the group’s specific skill level. 

Each session will include ball handling, form shooting, defensive containment, offensive moves, athlete conditioning, and more.

Sunday Skills Sessions

What a workout!!! 3 hours, Junior and Senior Program Fortnightly on Sundays. Through repetitive skill work, players will develop the skills required to play at a higher level than they are right now.  All aspects of the game will be covered: ball-handling, form shooting, passing under pressure, defensive concepts, transition concepts and conditioning techniques. 

The Sunday Skills Session is split into 3 sessions within the 3 hours. Juniors and Seniors work on seperate courts with the InsideOut Coaching Staff, its an energetic, fast paced session. Great workout to keep on top of your game.

T & C's

Any One on One Workouts must be confirmed by Coach Wilson and payment is due prior to the Workout.

No additional charge will be made if you choose to bring a second person along to the session to share the cost.

Small Group Sessions will consist of no more than 6 athletes and no less than 3 athletes.
